Guests are welcomed into the historic lobby and ushered into the new Raclin Murphy Encore Center for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. Mingle, sip, and enjoy live music while you take in this stunning new venue.
Wedding Ceremony
Following cocktails, we invite you into the historic Morris Theater for the wedding ceremony as Katie and Billy exchange vows surrounded by the people they love most.
Dinner & Celebration
Guests move next door to the magnificent Palais Royale for a seated dinner, live music, and dancing the night away.
Countdown to Midnight
Gather together as we count down the final moments of 2026 — champagne in hand, ready to ring in the New Year.

The clock strikes midnight. The new year begins. And Katie & Billy are officially married. Let's celebrate!
The full evening runs until 1:00 AM. We encourage you to stay and dance the night away — this is a party you won't want to leave early.
